这个总分差一分就过了，有点可惜阅读是强项，要继续保持，选词填空是3.55分每空，段落匹配是7.1分每空，长篇阅读题是14.2分每题，阅读题全部能拿到170多分还是不错的，要继续保持，阅读题的做题顺序应该是先段落匹配，然后再长篇阅读，最后再写选词填空。听力130多分中规中矩，不算好也不算差，但是提高的空间还有很多，要多积累词汇量，平时练听力的时候建议调成1.25倍听，如果1.25倍都能听出个所以然的话，那么正常倍速更是不在话下了。听力前十五题都是7.1分每题，主要是听关键词；后十题则是14.2分每题，需要综合判断得出答案。作文翻译的话，说实在话，想提高需要很长时间的积累，作文尽量背背模板，翻译的话还是得靠词汇量，没有词汇量什么翻译都写不出来，写作翻译可以不用花那么多时间，主要还是得练听力和阅读。
